Steven was my tow tech. He was so kind & experienced in challenges, eg getting car with dead battery out of garage & finding ways to turn car in narrow drive so he could hook up to the front. I highly recommend Steven if you have an employee if year award!

If there was a way to leave 10 stars we would. We were planning on this being an all day thing and Andrew got it done in an hour. Such wonderful service. Super nice, very willing to help. Best experience I have ever had with a towing company! Highly recommend, and ask for Andrew!

My truck broke down at a left hand turn lane and I called 9-1-1, because I was blocking traffic on a very congested road. They connected me to Schaffers Towing and Caleb was there in 15 minutes. By the time he arrived some thoughtful citizens helped me get my car off the main road, but I was still causing congestion. Caleb quickly got my truck off the road and drove me to my house so I could get my other car to meet him at my mechanic. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I was safe. Thank you Caleb for your help!

(3.19.2026) UPDATE: Terry reached out as soon as he saw this and was very apologetic about my situation. He got right onto seeing what he could do to help me out. I got refunded a great amount of money back from the bill. Thank you so much Terry! I truly truly appreciate it. Other than this experience that was quickly remedied as soon as Terry knew about it... they did do a great job coming to my rescue when I needed it. Thank you again for helping me out when I needed it both in this situation and when I was rear ended. **(3.16.2026)I got rear ended on the 12th of February. The police officer calls these people to tow my vehicle. The wreck happened in town. They charge 1,011.43, coming out of my settlement for my vehicle. I call asking for an itemized bill, which they state they couldnt give me because they paid the insurance. I get a DMV letter in the mail stating the initial tow was supposed to be $200.73 plus $45 a day for storage. They had my car from the 12th to the 16th. That total comes to 425.73. They did relocate my vehicle to a body shop, 3 miles away from their tow yard. They apparently charge round trip, so I calculated 6 miles. I also found their rate sheet online, s
